  only came one time for a simple trade in and upgrade and left disgusted. didn't get the guys name however it doesn't matter. I was called a liar when I told him att allows a shared upgrade and was told an employee would be fired for doing so. called AT&T corporate to verify and was told I was correct so I filed a complaint against the store. if your going to call someone a liar, make sure you have the facts. this person claimed to be a manager but who knows. stay away from this store. besides the horrible service I had to wait over an hour. no att store would be run like this. I'll keep my business in McKinney or wylie. they bend over backwards for the customers at those locations.
